Extended refund policies
(recommended option)
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours before departure and receive a refund of the paid amount, even if your holiday is already confirmed, in the event of illness (including Covid-19), work-related reason, domestic emergency, previous medical conditions and many more. When purchasing your holiday you can choose to extend the refund policies with an extra charge, where available.
Standard refund policies
You can cancel your reservation within 30 days of departure and receive a refund of the amount paid, without deductible and without ceiling, even if the vacation is already confirmed, without giving any reason. The standard refund policy applies to all experiences, except those for which particular experience organiser policies prevail, as specified in the "Cancellations and Refunds" section of each experience page.
Pay by instalments and split the purchase of your vacation
If you book an experience more than 45 days before its departure date, you may choose to pay a deposit and pay the balance within 30 days of departure. The cost of this service is €25 per reservation.
